Products supplied to you as a "consumer" of goods within the meaning of the Trade Practices Act, 1974 and similar State legislation will be supplied subject to certain non-excludable rights and remedies in respect of the products and nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or restricts or modifies any condition, warranty, right or remedy which pursuant to the Trade Practices Act or similar legislation is so conferred.

If the product is a product not ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption then pursuant to Section 64A of the Trade Practices Act, 1974 and similar provisions of relevant State legislation, Recreational Car Accessories limits its liability to payment of an amount equal to the lowest of:
   (a) The cost of replacing the product;
   (b) The cost of repairing the product;
   (c) The cost of having the product repaired of replaced.
